Reserve Officers’ Training Corps Cadets Samuel Kolkow, a Wentworth Military Academy & College student and Huntsville, Utah, resident and Shamyra Daigle, a University of Hawaii at Manoa student and Lafayette, La., resident, took first place for the male and female categories respectively during the 7th Regiment Army physical fitness test, June 28 at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Wash.
